With over 30 years in commercial renovations and construction, Pedro has spent his career finding smarter ways to work — including intuitively diverting usable materials from landfills long before sustainability became a priority.
An innovator by nature, he is always looking for ways to make systems more efficient and turn problems into opportunities.
Sharolta - Co-Founder
With over 10 years in the restaurant industry and a background in forensic psychology, Sharolta has always been driven to understand systems, challenge them and find ways to make them better.
She's passionate about fixing what others see as "broken," whether that's a system, a process or an opportunity waiting to be discovered. A proud mother and lover of new ventures, she brings curiosity, creativity and a healthy willingness to challenge the status quo to GenaCore.
Together
Pedro and Sharolta bring two sides of commercial renovations together — the contractor and the franchisee/owner.
Their combined experience gives them a unique understanding of the renovation process from both sides, and a shared belief that what is considered waste may still have tremendous value.
GenaCore was born from a simple idea: there has to be a better way.
